Untia Bigelow, a colleague at Wicomico Public Library, recently moderated a panel of poets at The Library of Congress National Book Festival. The panel discussion focused on the power of discovery through poetry, and included poets Safia Elhillo and Tony Keith Jr. Untia Bigelow is also a published poet and was honored with the Eloise Greenfield Children’s Poetry Advocate of the Year Prize. The Wicomico Public Library expressed pride in Untia's accomplishments at the event.
