Due to Hurricane Milton's impact on food supplies in Florida, Sarasota County Schools has announced that school menus will be altered for the upcoming weeks. The Food & Nutrition Services team is making efforts to accommodate students with special dietary needs during this time.

Families with children who have food allergies or diabetes are encouraged to arrange supplemental meals to ensure their dietary requirements are met.

Sarasota County Schools acknowledges the difficulties this situation may present for many families and appreciates their understanding and patience as the district navigates these challenges. Normal menu operations will resume once food supply stabilizes.
