Wake County to host meeting on Haleys Branch Trails

Wake County Government in Raleigh, North Carolina, says residents can learn about new biking and hiking trails on 400 acres near Lake Crabtree County Park, including the area known as "286 East" and adjacent land to be leased from Umstead State Park.

Wake County staff will host a community meeting to view a concept plan, share input and learn what’s next for the Haleys Branch Trails.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, from 4 to 7 p.m., with drop-in times, at Downtown Cary Park, Academy Pavilion Event Space.
