YMCA Holds Fort Worth Citywide Camp Staff Training
Fort Worth, Texas — The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth brought together camp staff from all 13 camps for its annual citywide training this weekend, hosted at YMCA Camp Carter.
Amber Garner, the Camp Compass Leader, was highlighted for her leadership in coordinating the training, which the YMCA described as an incredible way to kick off the summer.
The YMCA said Camp Carter is the place to bring the magic of overnight camp into day camp programs and to help build connection, confidence and camp spirit.
In just one week, the camps will open their doors.
This summer, thousands of children and families across Fort Worth will be served. Hundreds of staff will grow as leaders and role models. Lifelong memories and meaningful experiences will be created every day.
Camp starts in one week.
