Salisbury, Maryland Installs Permanent Four-Way Stop for Safety

Reviewed by Todd Vandersline / Salisburylocal.org

The City of Salisbury, Maryland will be installing a permanent four-way stop at the intersection of Church and Truitt Streets. The change is being made to address significant shifts in traffic patterns since the original installation of a two-way stop. The work will be done on or after August 8, and drivers can expect shifts in traffic patterns during this time. However, the City anticipates that the changes will result in improved safety and drive time for users. Residents in the area will still have access to their homes throughout the project. If you have questions or need clarification, you can contact Jon Wilson with the Salisbury Department of Infrastructure and Development at 410-548-3170. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated during this process.
