Delmarvacade of Bands Hits Wicomico County Stadium

The 2024 Delmarvacade of Bands will take place on Saturday, October 26, at Wicomico County Stadium. The event is organized by the Parkside Band Boosters and is set to showcase marching bands from Parkside, Wicomico High, James M. Bennett High, and various other area high schools.
The schedule for the day includes performances starting at 4:45 PM, with additional groups scheduled for 7:15 PM and 8:00 PM. The Mighty Sound of Maryland will also perform in exhibition. This event serves as a competition for the bands as they prepare for the Maryland Marching Band Association State Championships on November 2.
