**Beaver Run Elementary Recognizes Key Staff Members for October Spotlight**

This October, Beaver Run Elementary is highlighting three vital staff members who contribute significantly to the well-being and success of students and families.

Amanda Jamison serves as the Pupil Personnel Worker (PPW) and is committed to fostering student well-being. Her role is critical in supporting both students and their families.

Patricia Fontaine is the Community School Coordinator. She focuses on building connections and is dedicated to ensuring family engagement and student success within the community.

Natalie Saintphard works as the Home School Liaison. She acts as an essential link between families and the school, emphasizing the importance of strong connections and promoting student success.

Wicomico County Public Schools recognizes the hard work of the Student and Family Services division, particularly the efforts of these individuals at Beaver Run Elementary. Thank you to Amanda Jamison, Patricia Fontaine, and Natalie Saintphard for your dedication.

Pittsburgh launches CitiSports Spring League for high schoolers

Pittsburgh Parks & Recreation announced the CitiSports Spring League for high school students at Arlington Recreation Center in Pittsburgh, which will begin April 17, 2025, with games from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays at 2201 Salisbury St., Pittsburgh, PA 15210; the coed program is open to students ages 19 and younger who are still enrolled in high school, requires teams to register with each team providing its own shirts, and registration can be arranged by contacting Recreation Supervisor Ebony Randall at 412-740-8744, with Learn and Earn representatives on site to assist applicants.

CitiSports Spring League Opens for Pittsburgh Middle Schoolers

The CitiSports Spring League for Pittsburgh middle schoolers 14 and younger will run Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Arlington Rec Center, 2201 Salisbury St., Pittsburgh, PA 15210, beginning April 26, 2025, with teams required to register and provide their own shirts, eligibility limited to students currently enrolled in middle school, and information available from Recreation Supervisor Ebony Randall at 412-740-8744.
