The City Council of Bend, Oregon, honored sisters Sage and Sky Goldstein as grand prize winners of the 2024 One Water Student Video Contest. Their winning video highlights water conservation and best practices for preventing stormwater pollution to protect local water resources.

The video will be showcased next week at the BendFilm Festival and will also be aired locally as a public service announcement on television.
