**Senior Application Night Scheduled for High School Seniors and Their Families**

Wicomico County Public Schools will host a Senior Application Night on Wednesday, October 9, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center, located at 301 Tilghman Road in Salisbury, Maryland.

This event is designed for high school seniors and their parents or caregivers. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the college admissions process, including considerations when applying, financial aid options such as FAFSA and scholarships, and tips for writing compelling essays. There will also be information on academic and trade programs available at Wor-Wic Community College, as well as advice on time management and study skills for college.

Students will have the chance to work on their college essays and receive feedback from teachers. Additionally, they can utilize the SchooLinks platform and get assistance with the Common and Coalition applications. Participants are advised to bring their school-issued laptop.
