The Austin Zoo will host its annual "Boo at the Zoo" Halloween event in October 2024. The event will take place on October 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, and 26, from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM each night.

Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and enjoy a variety of activities, including a Haunted Train ride, a visit to the Haunted Mansion, and a special animal show. Visitors can also bring their own picnic to enjoy in the designated Picnic Grove. For those who do not bring food, concessions will be available with various treats.

Tickets for the event are priced at $22 each and can be purchased in advance through the Austin Zoo website. All proceeds from "Boo at the Zoo" will support the care of the zoo's animals.
