North Port Parks and Recreation will host a Tot Time read-aloud event featuring "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle on Saturday, November 9. The event will take place at the George Mullen Activity Center from 10 a.m. to noon.

Following the reading, participants will engage in a book-themed craft activity, aimed at children ages 1-5. This event is designed to encourage a love for reading and creativity among young children. For more information on this and future Tot Time events, visit NorthPortFL.gov/General-Interest.
