Terry Mahaffey, of Apex, North Carolina, says it's great to volunteer with Wake County Habitat for Humanity on the Old Poole Place development in Raleigh. He says they're building affordable housing and looking forward to more projects.

"Great to volunteer with Wake County Habitat for Humanity on the Old Poole Place development! We're building affordable housing in Raleigh and looking forward to more projects," Mahaffey said.

"We've reminded them of their policy to turn off engines when temperatures are above 40 degrees overnight," he said. "Hoping for more peace and quiet for downtown residents."
