Linden Public Schools Holds Moving-Up Ceremonies
Linden Public Schools in New Jersey said it celebrated Moving-Up Ceremonies last week, from June 8-12, with Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Fifth Grade students.
The district said the ceremonies marked three milestones: Pre-K students “bid farewell to preschool,” Kindergarten students completed a year of “discovery and foundational learning,” and Fifth graders “closed one chapter and set their sights on middle school.”
Linden Public Schools said each ceremony presented a different story but delivered the same message that growth happens one day, one lesson, and one milestone at a time.
