OKC Museum Book Club to Discuss Puerto Rico History
The Oklahoma City Museum of Art announced registration for the next Museum Book Club meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, with a guided discussion of “Puerto Rico: A National History” by Jorell Meléndez-Badillo.
The museum said themed snacks and drinks will be available before attendees explore the galleries with a museum educator. The program will connect the book’s themes to works on view in the new exhibition “The Sense of Beauty: Six Centuries of Painting from Museo de Arte de Ponce.”
