Scottsdale Unified School District recognized representatives from the Scottsdale Rotary Club at last week’s Governing Board meeting, praising the group’s partnership and commitment to Scottsdale Unified students throughout the 2025–26 school year.

In its statement, the district said Rotary members sponsored career exploration opportunities and mentoring, supported essay competitions, provided music enrichment experiences, and helped support classroom learning.

The district said the Rotary Club’s scholarship support was a key part of its work. It reported that this year, approximately $70,000 in scholarships will support SUSD graduates pursuing careers in fields including engineering and performing arts, as well as vocational training, athletics, and first responder programs.

The district said it thanked the Rotary Club for helping inspire, empower, and prepare students for the future.
