The City of Salisbury, Maryland said it will observe Juneteenth on Friday, June 19, 2026.

In observance of the holiday, city offices will be closed on Friday, June 19. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, June 22.

The city said trash collection originally scheduled for Friday, June 19, will take place on Saturday, June 20.

The city also directed residents to downtownsby.com/events/event-calendar to see local Juneteenth celebrations and other events happening downtown. The city wished everyone a safe and meaningful holiday.
