Scottsdale Fire Department Sends Father’s Day Message
The Scottsdale Fire Department posted a Father’s Day message thanking all dads.
In the post, the department said it is thanking the fathers of the Scottsdale Fire Department and all dads working today to protect and serve communities. The department also wished fathers a safe and Happy Father’s Day, whether they are spending the day with family or serving others on shift.
The post included hashtags including #FathersDay, #HappyFathersDay, #ScottsdaleFire, #ScottsdaleFireDepartment, #FirstResponders, #Firefighters, and #ProtectAndServe.

June Days returns to Old Town Scottsdale

McDowell Preserve to Close for July 4
Scottsdale will close the McDowell Sonoran Preserve at noon on July 4 to reduce wildfire risk. The preserve is scheduled to reopen at 4:52 a.m. on July 5.

Vista del Camino splash pad gets refresh
The splash pad at Vista del Camino Park recently received upgrades as part of the Indian Bend Wash Lakes and Irrigation project, including new paint and a Life Floor surface. The splash pad will remain closed while improvements continue in the park’s northern end.
