Hobart and William Smith Colleges announced that five students will gain international professional experience this summer through the Charles H. Salisbury Summer International Internship Stipend.

Callum Letters ’27 is interning in the finance division for a Formula One team in London. Juliza Ariza ’27 is shadowing physicians at hospitals in Athens and Madrid. Loreine Mungcal ’26 is working in public health at Clinica Santa Isabel in Seville. Kateryna Romaniuk ’26 is assisting with compliance and risk consulting at KPMG in Stockholm. Stephanie Ryan ’26 is teaching English in Buenos Aires.

Pittsburgh launches CitiSports Spring League for high schoolers

Pittsburgh Parks & Recreation announced the CitiSports Spring League for high school students at Arlington Recreation Center in Pittsburgh, which will begin April 17, 2025, with games from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays at 2201 Salisbury St., Pittsburgh, PA 15210; the coed program is open to students ages 19 and younger who are still enrolled in high school, requires teams to register with each team providing its own shirts, and registration can be arranged by contacting Recreation Supervisor Ebony Randall at 412-740-8744, with Learn and Earn representatives on site to assist applicants.

CitiSports Spring League Opens for Pittsburgh Middle Schoolers

The CitiSports Spring League for Pittsburgh middle schoolers 14 and younger will run Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Arlington Rec Center, 2201 Salisbury St., Pittsburgh, PA 15210, beginning April 26, 2025, with teams required to register and provide their own shirts, eligibility limited to students currently enrolled in middle school, and information available from Recreation Supervisor Ebony Randall at 412-740-8744.
